The therapeutic process is based on a secure, confiding relationship between the therapist and client. Naming and describing brings self defeating behaviour out of the shadows and into awareness.

Welcome to Bath Avenue Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre. We are a professional group of experienced and dedicated psychotherapists committed to offering accessible and high-quality counselling. Our practice is located at the heart of Dublin 4 on Bath Avenue, Sandymount.

We provide individual psychotherapy and counselling, group therapy, couple therapy, family therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).Furthermore, we provide a safe space that is confidential, non-judgemental and tailored to the needs of the client. If you are taking the step to seek support, we can help you find the therapist that is right for you.

Eamonn Boland MIACP

Eamonn is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) both as a Psychotherapist and Supervisor.

Eamonn incorporates a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to his clinical work, and has considerable experience in working with; depression, anxiety, bereavement & loss, anger management, panic, low self-esteem issues and stress, relationship difficulties and trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Valerie Kilkenny MIACP

Valerie is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP) as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist and Supervisor. Valerie has extensive experience in facilitating a variety of parenting groups and working with depression, relationship issues, bereavement and loss, stress and organisational work stress.
